    Scoped proposal

    Within 48 hours: a written scope with milestones, deliverables, fixed price (or T&M cap), and a target ship date. Plain English. You sign or you don't.

  3. 03

    Build, in the open

    Async-by-default updates with checkpoints at each milestone. You see commits land, you see preview builds, you steer course early when needed.

  4. 04

    Ship + handoff

    Production deploy or marketplace submission. Documentation that's actually useful, plus 30 days of post-launch support to catch what slips through.
